In 2016, the Alexander family donated a two acre lot to PLT at the corner of Merriam and East Princeton Road. This lot fronts E. Princeton Road, and is adjacent to the PLT Gregory property.

A trail has been developed to connect from the bottom of the Alexander property to the center of town, through the Gregory property to Prospect Street. This trail makes for an easy walk from the center of town to PLT properties off Bullock Road (and from there to Krashes field) and Sterling Road. A small parking area was also added at the entry to the trail system.
