Anne Littlefield donated 14 acres off Worcester Road to PLT in 2023. This land does not have road frontage but does abut the Poor and Peabody-Metcalf properties, that can be accessed from Sterling Road. The property also abuts DCR land to the south.

The property slopes downhill from the back of houses along Worcester Road, through a wetland area. The property contains a large stone bridge over the wetland next to the Poor property, and a trail is planned that moves up the bridge and through the Littlefield property.
