The Giard property was donated by Marion A. Giard in 2013. This 53 acre parcel is located between Worcester Road and Sam Cobb Lane (Ball Hill Road). The property runs down the hill from the north end of Stagecoach Drive.

Trails have been developed in the Giard and neighboring private land (Jacobson) into the Cobb Brook Trail area, which can be accessed from Worcester Road, north of Post Office Place. A parking area is available at that point, and the trails lead down through the woods. Trails are marked with blue (main loop) and white (spurs and connectors) blazes, and signage is present to indicate the trail names. There are two pretty beaver ponds along Cobb Brook at the lower levels of the property. The length of the loop is about two miles.
