The Mountain House property was donated anonymously in 2024.  It is located on the south western end of the former Mountain House Inn property, off Boylston Ave., and it is bounded to the west by Woodlawn Cemetery.

The property includes a small pond on the northeast side, and the middle of the propery is wet. The back of the parcel is dry and wooded. Plans are being discussed for a trail that enters to the east of the pond and wraps around the back of the property and into an abutting PLT CR.
