The Brooks property was donated in 2014 by Bethany M. (Brooks) Surrette, and was formely part of the Brooks Farm on Ball Hill Road. The property is located on Ball Hill Road across from Old Mill Road.

A laneway runs up along the southeast side of the property.  Ownership of this laneway is unclear (it does not appear to be correctly shown in the map).
