The Brooks property was donated in 2014 by Bethany M. (Brooks) Surrette, and was formely part of the Brooks Farm on Ball Hill Road. The property is located on Ball Hill Road across from Old Mill Road.

A wood road runs up the east side of the property, toward Birchcroft Road (off Worcester Road).
