The Littlefield Property (in orange on map shown below) is on the south side of route 62 across from PLT's Densmore property. This 2.78acre lot was sold to PLT through the fundraising of neighbors and friends, many of whom (37 of 46 donors) are descendants of the Russell family, original owners of this area of Princeton. The open field preserves the beauty of the Russell corner neighborhood, in which PLT owns several other properties.

Anne and Jenny Littlefield made the acquisition possible by offering PLT right of first refusal and a reduced sale price.
